This place is a great budget-friendly hotel and a cozy spot for a short stay, with a fantastic location near the city area and close to shopping complexes, public transport, and easy access to Singapore.

This hotel was useful base for exploring Johor Bahru, really enjoyed it and property’s nice and courteous staff especially the manager who was very helpful. The room was reasonably spacious and newly remodelled and had satellite television, climate control and an electric kettle as pictured in advertising. Extremely comfy bed gave us a good nights sleep. Everything was simply great.

The rooms were really neat and reasonably spacious, and the cleanliness and shower were properly taken care of. The hotel has an exceptionally nice and strategic location near the city center, just next door to the tower, shopping mall, and Pasar Karat.

Additionally, the location, although slightly inconvenient, offered tranquility away from the busy city center.

The room I stayed in at Erica Hotel had a comfortable bed and a spacious layout, allowing me to move around freely. I appreciate the effort made by the housekeeping staff to change the bed sheets and provide new water bottles every day. Great Value and Clean Room

It was a really good stay for one night. Our room was fantastic and totally worth the money. It was nice and clean, and the shower was in good condition. a very pleasant experience. 🌟

The staff were very polite. The location was strategic and near to the city center. The hotel was next to a shopping complex, shopping malls, and JB Sentral bus station. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, such as Routine by Soon, which was only a 10-minute walk away.

As for me, this hotel is conveniently located as it is near the city center and many shops. It is also very accessible to transportation, including the bus station and Desa Waterfront. I also liked the breakfast offered and the staff was friendly.
